Although I don't think you would regularly dress as Katy but in case you are crazy, an above the knee strapless dress with custom made lollipop fabric would be an eye-popper (especially with a pink wig.) For her dark look, a deep blue floor length dress and a dark cape with a hood will give you her Wide Awake fashion. Just remember how showy this singer can be.

Jennifer Lawrence again looked stunning in the Hunger Games! Yet dressing as her is a piece o' cake! Grab a red mermaid dress and add a giant bow on the top. For the games, put some bright orange duck tape on the edge of a black zip up sweater. During the reaping, a pale blue dress with a belt make you look gorgeous!

We all know Bella's looks in twilight are dark and she really couldn't care less about her clothes. Try a striped long sleeved henley with boot cut jeans. Maybe a loose jersey like on her first day in Forks High, or even her long shirt in new moon when she jumped off the cliff (totally stupid idea but she was desperate.)
